WGCSA to respond to Murray Darling Basin Plan
The Wine Grape Council and SA Wine Industry Association will be working to prepare a joint response to the draft plan. ATO Rules on WET
The ATO has released a ruling on eligibility for claiming a WET. It applies to arrangements where a grower supplies grapes to a winemaker to make wine under an agreement that the winemaker will later purchase that wine. Under the ruling these arrangements may no longer be allowed. If you currently receive or intend to apply for a WET rebate it is important that you read this ruling.
