Member Survey ReportThank you to the growers who took part in WGCSA’s 2024 Member Survey. Your feedback has been vital in shaping our approach to the future of the industry's Code of Conduct.
We’re pleased to share that the survey results are now available. The 2024 Survey Report outlines growers' views on key issues raised by the ACCC, including payment terms, price transparency, quality assessment, and contracting practices. It builds on discussions from our June 2024 Code of Conduct Forum. A key takeaway from the Forum was the need for a deeper understanding of grower expectations around voluntary versus mandatory codes. The survey findings provide that insight and will guide WGCSA’s advocacy on your behalf. You can [read the full report here] |

As referred to in Ashley’s presentation, Wine Australia has built a Grape Price Indicators dashboard that gives a clear picture of the future direction of commercial winegrape prices. The dashboard has been developed specifically for inland growers with funding from the Commonwealth government through its Improving Market Transparency in Perishable Agricultural Goods Industries program.
The dashboard is a practical, free online tool that gives a clear picture of the market conditions for commercial winegrapes, with up-to-date, relevant information in a clear and easily-understood interactive format.
