BarossaSteve Schiller is a two-time state pruning champion, and the man behind Tractor Tread Vineyards in the Barossa. Joining him on this episode is the vivacious Rebecca Weatherill, a Coober Pedy girl with an affinity for the wine industry, Rebecca had a change of life direction after enduring a number of devastating events, leading her to start her resilience-based business, ‘Workplace Wellbeing SA’. Rebecca recently pioneered a series of wellbeing workshops for Barossa growers, bringing mental and physical health management to the forefront. Steve was one of many growers who participated in the workshops and is an advocate for speaking up when times are tough, despite the discomfort.

Rebecca is an accredited mental health first aider, a Strengths Profile Practitioner and has a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. She is certified in debriefing organisations using the PERMAH Wellbeing Survey. Rebecca leverages her expertise in a wide range of sectors such as finance and accounting, recruitment, not-for-profit, fitness, Australian wine industry and the building industry. She employs a comprehensive four-step methodology to create focused and sustainable strategies that effectively enhance both employee wellbeing and overall business performance. Drawing on her experience of working with award-winning clients including the Pisani Group, Alexander Symonds, Rainy Day Recruitment, Purple Giraffe and Entree Recruitment, Rebecca is also used and trusted by organisations such as Business SA to deliver services to its members.
