Wage increase in award rates for the Wine Industry Award 2010

Current as at 1 July 2019
The FWC has decided to increase the National Minimum Wage by 1.75%.

Although the increase came into operation on 1 July 2020, due to industries being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to differing extents, FWC has determined that this increase will flow onto Modern Awards in groups on three different operative dates.

Based on the South Australian Wine Industry Association's (SAWIA) submission, the FWC made the decision not to commence the national wage increase for the Wine industry Award 2010 until 1 February 2021.

Prior to 1 February 2021, SAWIA will make a new rate sheet available for the benefit of WGCSA members, as part of an arrangement between SAWIA and WGCSA.
