Wine Industry Code of Conduct
The Wine Industry Code of Conduct sets out minimum conditions for grape purchase agreements and offers a dispute resolution process that is free to Code signatories. Wineries who are signatories to the Code have agreed to be bound by its terms and to comply with its dispute resolution process.
WGCSA recommends that you consider choosing a purchaser who is a signatory to the Code – or encouraging your existing purchaser(s) to become a signatory if they have not already done so. You can also use the Code as a guideline to check your purchase agreement for fairness.
