South Australian wine grape crush and pricing survey report

This report is part of the Australian Wine Sector Survey, conducted annually by Wine Australia.  It contains the most comprehensive information available on supply, crush and average purchase price of winegrapes for the South Australian winegrape industry. It includes:
  • Regional vintage statistics by variety
  • State summary statistics by variety
  • Average purchase value per tonne for each variety, and total value of the crush in each region
  • Price dispersion information – ie the distribution of tonnages by price ranges (only available from 2015)
  • Planting details for the state and each region
  • Historical trends and comparisons with previous vintages
