Key New Appointment for Grape Growers

​As the peak body for South Australian grapegrowers, the Wine Grape Council of SA (WGCSA) provides a voice for grapegrowers on commercial, agri-business, technical, viticultural and environmental matters in industry, government and public debate.

WGCSA is delighted to announce the appointment of Lisa Bennier as Business Manager.

Lisa brings over 10 years experience from various positions in the grape and wine industry in addition to significant experience in the banking and mining industries which will assist WGCSA to be a responsive, capable organisation and to move with the times.

The establishment of a full-time Business Manager will assist the Council to ensure that the importance of grape growing and the interests of grapegrowers are strongly represented in the state and nationally.

In addition to a broad range of business knowledge of the wine industry, Lisa brings strong relationship-building skills and a can-do attitude which will assist in building cooperation in the industry.

With a strong customer service focus and a passion for regional South Australia, Lisa will assist WGCSA to move forward and deliver excellent customer service for wine grape growers in South Australia.

The world moves fast. It is becoming increasingly important for growers to have the tools to implement research findings, understand new products and track markets, a dedicated Business Manager is an important role to achieve that.
