Employment templates for grape growers

WGCSA has developed a range of templates and checklists to help grape growers.

Fair Work Ombudsman
The Fair Work Ombudsman is an independent statutory office created by the Fair Work Act 2009 to promote harmonious, productive and cooperative workplace relations and ensure compliance with Commonwealth workplace laws. This Office also has an inspection role and can enter workplaces to examine records and investigate complaints usually by employees and has the power to prosecute for breaches of Industrial Awards and Agreements and the National Employment Standards (NES).

The website also contains a wealth of information on all aspects of employment, Awards, terms and conditions, pay etc. In the Resources section there are many useful calculators and templates (e.g. for determining pay rates, calculating leave entitlements, payslips and offer of employment templates)

Fair Work Commission (previously Fair Work Australia)
The Fair Work Commission is the national workplace relations tribunal. It is an independent body with power to carry out a range of functions relating to:
• The safety net of minimum wages and employment conditions
• Enterprise bargaining
• Industrial action
• Dispute resolution
• Termination of employment
• Other workplace matters.

Return to Work SA (previously WorkCoverSA)
Return to Work SA manages the South Australian Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Scheme, which provides protection to workers and employers in the event of workplace injury. This website has information about the operation of Return to Work SA – including employer responsibilities, premiums and other useful information.

Safe Work SA 

SafeWork SA is responsible for providing work health and safety, public safety and state-based industrial relations services across South Australia. As a regulator, Safe Work SA inspectors ensure work health and safety and public safety standards are met and appropriate action is taken when breaches of laws are detected.
